Bajaj Pulsar N125 2024 Launched
With the introduction of the Bajaj Pulsar N125, Bajaj has added to its popular 125cc range, which is its top-selling category. This move is expected to increase sales even more.
With the recent introduction of the Bajaj Pulsar N125, Bajaj aims to increase its sales and become the top seller of 125cc motorcycles in India. After releasing the Freedom 125 CNG, the world’s first CNG motorcycle, Bajaj has also launched its largest Pulsar model yet, the Pulsar NS400Z.
Bajaj Pulsar N125
The Bajaj Pulsar N125 features vertically stacked LED headlights, giving it a modern look, and the rear tail lights are also LED, similar to other Pulsar models. However, the turn signals are halogen, which sets it apart from bikes like the Hero Xtreme 125R. When you sit on the motorcycle, the rider’s position feels comfortable and upright, though there’s a gentle lean towards the handlebars, making it enjoyable for longer rides.
Specs and Features
When it comes to specs and features, the Pulsar N125 is powered by a 125cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine that delivers 11.8 bhp of peak power and 11 Nm of peak torque, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. These figures are similar to those of the Pulsar NS125, but since the N125 is lighter, it offers a better power-to-weight ratio, making it feel more agile on the road.
Bajaj Pulsar N125: Engine, Hardware
Recent information suggests that the Pulsar N125 will feature a 124.59cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 12bhp at 8,500rpm. This engine is paired with a 5-speed gearbox for smooth shifting. Like the Pulsar N150, it may have an underbelly exhaust, adding to its sporty look.
The bike will have a suspension system with telescopic forks at the front and a rear monoshock for a comfortable ride. For braking, it will use a combination of disc and drum brakes. Plus, it will come with a 17-inch rear wheel fitted with a 110-section tyre, providing good stability on the road.
