Jeep India has introduced a refreshed version of the Meridian SUV, starting at Rs. 24.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The new model comes in both five-seat and seven-seat options across four different trims: Longitude, Longitude Plus, Limited (O), and Overland. Additionally, there’s now a new five-seat variant available at the base level.
The exterior of the new Meridian remains the same as before. It features a familiar front with a slatted grille, stylish LED headlights with daytime running lights, 18-inch alloy wheels that vary by version, and slim LED taillights.

The new Meridian comes with several updated features, including a Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) and improved connectivity options. It boasts a 10.1-inch infotainment screen with wireless support for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster, a wireless charger, dual-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, and front seats that are powered and ventilated. The entry-level Longitude variant is only available as a five-seater
while all other versions come with seven seats. It’s worth noting that the base variant lacks some features, such as the powered and ventilated front seats and the sunroof.
Under the hood, the updated Meridian still uses the same 2.0-liter diesel engine paired with a six-speed manual or a nine-speed automatic transmission. This engine delivers 168 bhp and 350 Nm of peak torque. As before, both 4×2 and 4×4 options are available.
